A study of Distinguishing Operative TQM Factors in Public Sector Universities of Pakistan

Universities all over the world are accepted as up-to-date hubs for higher education. For that reason, many of the higher education organizations strive to meet quality fundamentals, as quality makes an organization more effective, innovative, and adds credibility to any organization with absolute advocacy, ultimate benefits, and aids to continually improve the organization.
Therefore, this research study was done to explore the distinguishing operative Total Quality Management (TQM) factors operating in the Public-Sector universities of Pakistan; the seven TQM factors were Vision, Mission and Values, Leadership, Leadership Team, Monitoring of Programs process and performances, Curriculum design and Delivery, Student selection support and assessment, and Continuous quality improvement. The prime objectives of this research study were to study Public sector universities of Pakistan that are committed towards Total Quality Management for sustainable growth of quality education and quality management of the organization, and to prospect ways for continual improvement of the Pakistani higher education organizations.
